If You See Improper Staffing Levels, REPORT IT

The strongest voice we have in healthcare is also the most quiet. Our patients. If you have experienced poor care, long wait times, deferred or postponed surgery, suffered needlessly, witnessed low staffing levels, or patients out in the hallway, we need to hear from you! It is about time that we empowered our patients to voice their concerns. Without those voices, not much can change.  The nurses, healthcare assistance, doctors, laboratory staff, housekeeping/environmental staff, and other healthcare professionals have been voicing concerns for a long time about the poor staffing levels, and it just continues to get worse. We. Need. More. Staff. Please take a moment to file a complaint by outlining your experience.  File directly with your relevant health authority and message your MLA! Get the ball rolling.
